I just made my first purchase from Land’s End and I was so impressed by the service! I’ve called the 1-800 number twice and both times a real, live person has picked up after one ring and said “Hello, thank you for calling Land’s End”. No automated menu, no “press 1 to place an order”….I can’t remember the last time I called a big company and someone actually picked up on the other end without me having to go through a recording first! They were very friendly and actually IN America which is nice for a change too. Anyway, I ordered this backpack for Gabe after seeing it win a “best of” award in Good Housekeeping magazine. The zipper broke on his backpack so I figured I should get something with better quality this time. Land’s End also has fade and stain-resistant shirts for kids (anything that makes my laundry life easier I am all for)! I will definately be shopping Land’s End again.
By the way, thanks for the nice e-mails about Grant’s finger! We had a very rough day on Wednesday after I took him the Orthopedic but thankfully he is okay now. He’s a trooper!
