I’ve slowly been replenishing my fall/winter wardrobe and my new favorite finds are from VS. I usually get most of my clothes there just because I don’t have time to shop, try on, compare, etc. Free shipping saves me on gas and I usually get some nice discount coupon codes so it works for me! Anyway, they have a new line of extra plush items that are so comfortable. It’s cotton and fleece and makes for the best (huggable) combo! I snagged this hoodie a few weeks ago and I just love it. I can wear it to work, the grocery store, and most importantly, running around with the boys. I even wore it on stage at a concert Friday night, it’s the best! They have pants, sweaters, and even blazers made from the cozy material and I think it was made for busy moms. I always find it hard to look put together, without looking a bit silly (knee-high boots are a little over-the-top when you are at the park in my opinion)!:) So this is a nice mix of comfort and style.
Speaking of being cozy, we are starting to look for space heaters. We considered getting a wood burning stove but decided to wait this year. A helpful guy at Hartville Hardware said the best route would be getting space heaters and dropping the thermostat down, that would add up in savings over the winter. We are all for that! With the economy the way it is, we want to be prepared (you never know) so we’re trying to do what we can to help out later. I think we are also going to seal the windows. I don’t know what that involves though. Jim said we should… so it sounds good to me!:)
