Hooray for the Cleveland Museum of Art! We visited for the first time today, and it really exceeded our expectations. I had a special event written on my calendar for about a month, but I half expected it wouldn’t happen with our busy schedule. So, it was exciting when I realized that our day was open and it could actually work out! The museum just opened a new exhibit: 900 works of Greek, Roman, Egyptian, Byzantine, medieval, and African art. In addition, this Sunday they had a special storyteller to bring tales and legends of ancient Greece and Rome to life. It was so cool! Best of all, everything there is FREE! You can visit anytime, and participate in almost all of the family events for no cost! Here are a few photos from the day:

The Cleveland Museum of Art is definitely a must-visit if you are in Ohio! Click here for the website. I went with my dad, brother, Gabriel and Grant. I can’t wait to go back with Jim and explore, but you definitely need a few hours to soak it all in.
