A big thanks to Tonya who sent in another yummy recipe this week! A few years ago, I made this for my friend Lisa and her family after she and her hubby were recovering from kidney surgery. I forgot about it after that though. I remember originally seeing it on the Duggar’s website as a family favorite. I think if there 20 kids like it, that is a good sign!:) Easy, tasty and filling…just right. Thanks Tonya!
Called Tater Tot casserole:
1 bag tater tots
1 lb ground meat (I use grd turkey), 1 can cream of chix soup, 1 can mixed veg, and cheddar cheese.
Spread the raw grd meat on the bottom of cass dish, mix soup and veggies and spread on top of meat, sprinkle with cheese and top with tater tots all across top. Bake in 350 degree oven for 45 min. Let stand 5 min and serve. This is a favorite in our house (just me and my husband), but easy enough to serve others needing meals.

Brooke~a yummy variation that I use for this recipe is adding a bag of mixed vegetables. Adds a little color and gets that serving of veggies in.
