I’m a little behind in posting the update from last weekend, but I wanted to share some pics and good finds. The fun started with a trip to Laus Deo salon in Twinsburg with my niece and Goddaughter Haley. Her fam. was visiting for a few days and her birthday is coming up, so it was a great opportunity to have a “girl’s day” and get some quality conversation in. Here we are with foils in our hair, and toes in the tub!
I also stocked up on the new Pureology products which are phenomenal. I’ve been using the “Miracle Filler” and it’s probably the most impressive product I’ve ever used on my hair.
Thank you so much Jayme! Check out her portfolio here, she does beautiful work!
Finally, the last highlight was from The Fest on Sunday. It’s the largest one day, FREE Catholic family festival in the country and we look forward to it every year. This year, the headliner was MercyMe and they were tremendous. One of my favorite’s of all time, and just as good live as they are on their albums. Here is a quick pic backstage before Len and I introduced them:
Great job guys! That’s it for now. Another busy week is underway. I’m 29 weeks pregnant and still reading up and asking about, natural childbirth (or NCB as my friend Beth calls it). I’m hoping to blog about it soon, it’s been really eye-opening and I’m still taking it all in, but excited to give it a try in 10 weeks or so.;) Enjoy the beautiful weather, it’s going to be a wonderful week!

Brooke~first, congrats on your growing family. The pics are awesome! As for the NCB, go for it. With my first I did the epidural procedure but with our youngest I had a NCB. Granted, it wa because he came so fast I had no optio. But if I knew how much quicker the healing process was for a little pain, I would have definitely done natural with the oldest as well. Whatever you decide, you will have a beautiful son or daughter in the end and that's what's most important. God Bless!
