Celebrating Six

Happy Birthday to our handsome son Garrett!  He is six!  When did this happen?  Such a dapper young gentleman:

Timeless Creator, I honor the day of Garrett’s first cry, sucking deep the sweet air of life.  Year upon year, time pervades our souls, leaving a story of memories.   May Garrett realize that You set him on this earth for a reason, and to carry out Your plan all the days of his life. Amen

Between Grant’s First Communion last Sunday and Garrett’s birthday today, we’ve had our fair share of cake to feast on.   Garrett opted for the Sam’s Club Cookie cake (and I think I’ll be opting for a fast tomorrow)!:)   In other MAJOR news, Gus is crawling!   I can hardly believe it.  The kicker is, he can only move backward at the moment (Len calls it “moon crawling,” ha).   He is only six months old and this momma is not quite ready for it.  Ready or not, I think his decision is made…he’s mobile!

Look out, Gus Bus is coming through!:)
